About this site

Lewisville Duct Pros is an advertising and referral service for air duct and dryer vent cleaning in Lewisville and southern Denton County. We are not a duct cleaning company, and we say so first because you should know who you are talking to before you let anyone into your attic.

How it works

You call the number on this site or send a quote request. That reaches us, and we pass it to one independent local duct cleaning company that covers your area. They ask about the house, quote the job, and do the work, and your agreement is with them. There is no charge to you for the introduction.

Why the site exists

Search for duct cleaning in Lewisville and much of what comes back is lead pages and teaser prices. The trade has a reputation problem, and most of it was earned by the $99 whole-house offer and the mold scare that follows it. Good local operators often have no website at all, or one nobody can find. This site is meant to be the front door for honest work: a written scope, a real price, and an answer of "you do not need this" when that is true.

What the guides will and will not tell you

They lean on two sources, and say so: the EPA's consumer guide on air duct cleaning, which does not recommend routine cleaning and names the cases where it is worth doing, and the Texas rule on what a duct cleaner may do without a licence. Where the honest answer is a better filter and a sealed return, the guides say that. NADCA, the trade association, is cited as the publisher of the industry standard; this site is not a member and makes no claim about any company's membership.

What this site does not have

No testimonials, no star ratings, no before-and-after photographs. We did not do the work and did not collect the reviews, so publishing either would be inventing a track record. The photographs on the site are licensed stock chosen to show what the guides describe, not jobs anyone carried out for this site.

Licences

We hold no trade licence and make no claim to one. In Texas, cleaning the duct runs themselves does not require a state licence, under 16 TAC 75.100(c). Work on the air handler, blower or coil, cutting into ducts, or electrical changes requires a contractor licensed by TDLR for air conditioning and refrigeration, and mold remediation of 25 contiguous square feet or more requires a TDLR mold licence. Ask the company that quotes you which licences apply to your job, and look them up.

Questions people actually ask

How do you make money if the referral is free?

The duct cleaning company that receives the enquiry pays for the introduction. You pay them for the work at whatever you agree. Nothing you pay is marked up by us, which is why the guides can afford to tell you when a cleaning is not worth it.

Is my request sent to several companies?

No. It goes to one local company that covers your area. You will not get a run of calls from companies competing for the job.

What if the work is poor?

Your agreement is with the company that did it, so their terms apply and that is who you take it up with. Tell us as well. The whole arrangement depends on the company being good, so we want to know.

Can I see reviews?

Not from us. This site launched in 2026 and has no review history of its own. Ask the company that quotes you for recent local references and call one.

Are you connected to the companies that send $99 mailers?

No. Nothing on this site offers a teaser price, and the guides explain how that offer usually works so you can recognise it.
