Calling is quickest. Most questions about whether a house needs a cleaning, what it should include, or why the dryer takes two cycles can be answered in a few minutes on the phone.

What happens when you get in touch
Your call or request reaches us first and is passed the same day to one local duct cleaning company that covers your ZIP. Someone from that company calls back, usually within one business day, with a few questions about the house. If a visit makes sense, they arrange one; the firm price follows the look, not the phone call. Your details go to one company, not a list.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but each answer makes the quote faster and more accurate.
- Rough square footage, and whether the house is one story or two
- How many thermostats, which is usually how many systems
- Where the air handler is: attic, hall closet or garage
- What prompted the call: dust from registers, a smell, a remodel, a move, the dryer
- Whether the attic has decking to the unit
What can be settled on the phone
Whether your situation is one of the cases where cleaning is worth it, and whether the dryer vent or the coil is the likelier culprit. What a full job includes and roughly where your house sits in the price range. Whether a lab sample makes sense before anyone talks about mold.
What cannot be settled on the phone is a firm price. The number of runs, the attic and the state of the coil decide it, and none of those can be judged down a phone line.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before the call connects saying the call may be recorded. Texas allows recording with one party's consent, but the announcement plays on every call regardless, so nobody is recorded without knowing. Recordings exist so that what was agreed about a job is not misremembered later. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form.

Common questions
Will someone come out the same day?
Sometimes, but plan on a day or two for a visit. Dryer vent problems with a burning smell should be mentioned on the call so they are treated as urgent.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. The attic, the air handler and every room with a register need to be reached, and you will want to see the finished system before anyone leaves.
